INGREDIENTSUnbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate), sugar, dark brown sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, saltYOU WILL NEED1 stick of very cold unsalted butter (113.5 g or ½ cup) cut into ½ inch cubes
- ¾ cups plus 2 tbsp of heavy cream or ¾ cups buttermilk
- 1-2 bananas of any ripeness, in ½ inch slices,
- 3 tbsp of coarse or granulated sugar if desired
